Rich And Poor Bow To Prowess Of King Turkey

Where were you Thanksgiving of 1908? And what did you eat, fair ghosties? At Eloise they served up turkey, chicken and mince pie, among others delicacies, after a religious service provided by the McGregor Mission. While they probably didn't enjoy champagne or iced Melba liquers, among exquisite 14 courses, it's surmised that pumpkin pie was most likely imbibed and well-regarded by those attending.
