On the Third Day of Xmas...

The Detroit Free Press, December 27, 1904
...visitors came from far and wee bearing gifts. Tracy McGregor brought a box of oranges. Miss Rutherford and her entourage from the YWCA gave fruit and holly to every patient. While others passed out candy to young and old. Which sounds like most holidays at the old house. A nice sentiment if you're reading this a hundred and eleven years after the fact but hardly a Norman Rockwell Christmas by anybody's standards..
